Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us free of charge*. We will refund the shipping costs and cover the cost of the return shipment. For further details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Returns – How It Works
Please contact us at hello@seintcharles.com and include your order number. We will generate a shipping label for you and send it to you by email. Please attach the shipping label clearly visible to the parcel and take it to your nearest post office or, for international shipments, to your nearest DHL parcel shop.
Refunds
Once the goods have been properly returned, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
- Invoice (Klarna): The amount will be deducted and the outstanding balance reduced accordingly. If you have already made a payment, the amount will be refunded directly to your bank account.
- PayPal: The amount will be refunded via your PayPal account.
- SOFORT bank transfer: The amount will be transferred to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN).
We aim to refund the relevant amount as quickly as possible after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel the contract.
